Weight Loss Update
Tuesday 10th April
Total weight loss 13lb!
Week one and I have lost 4lbs, I am very pleased :)
Week two and I have lost 9lbs how on Earth? :O
Doing this for all of us

So I really fell off the wagon.
- Will I ever be thin?
- Will I ever be able to have the willpower not to binge on food I know full well is bad for me?
- Will I always be the fat mum and make my children embarrassed?
- Will I ever just be able to eat a simple balanced diet?
Honestly I have no idea but I am going to try again. I don't lack support, I don't lack incentive, I don't lack knowledge I just lack something.. here's hoping I find it
