Sausages
I love sausages and the low fat ones are not all that good. The exception in my opinion is Bowyers Mediterranean ones. These are spicy and taste wonderful in casseroles or with a tomato based sauce and pasta. They remind me of Toulouse Sausage I had some grilled today for lunch with my home made ratatouille and a little basmati rice. They are less than 5% fat and work out at 1 point each.
