Spaghetti
Is there anything more satisfying than a bowl full of the old spag bol? Always tasty and filling and when made with extra lean minced beef or even turkey mince it does not have to be too heavy on points. I bulk mine out with onions, grated carrot and mushrooms I also add lots of garlic, herbs and a dash of worcester sauce. It's so easy to make from scratch that I often wonder why people buy those jars of sauce. Homemade is much tastier and has no hidden salt, sugar or fat. Pass the parmesan!
