Snacks and Nibbles
I am a terrible picker. When the TV is on or I am on the PC I can eat and not even realise that I am eating. I find it useful to have a variety of low point or even point free snacks available. My current favourite is cherry tomatoes. I love them on their own or dipped into sea salt and balsamic vinegar. If I am feeling especially hungry I add a few carrot sticks. It may not be the most original solution to the munchies but if it ain't broken ...
